Non-Consensual Intimate Images & Deepfakes — Reporting and Removal
PirateHoard — Trust & Safety Policy · works alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the Pirate’s Charter
PirateHoard does not permit non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). This covers real photographs or videos shared without the consent of the person shown, and digitally created or altered (“deepfake”) sexual images — whether made with AI or any other tool. Any sexual content involving a minor is strictly prohibited, removed immediately, and reported to the appropriate authorities.
This is a hard line under the Pirate’s Charter (Zero-Tolerance Offenses) and under law.
How to report
If an intimate image or deepfake of you — or someone you are authorized to act for — has been posted here without consent, you can have it removed. You do not need to be a registered member to file a report.
Send a removal request to [ABUSE/LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL] and include:
- The image — a link (URL) to the post or page where it appears, plus enough detail for us to locate it.
- Who it depicts — a statement that it depicts you, or that you are authorized to act on that person’s behalf.
- A good-faith statement that the intimate image was published without the depicted person’s consent.
- Your contact information so we can follow up.
- (Optional) your physical or electronic signature.
You may also use the flag button on any post to alert our crew, but a direct report to the address above is the fastest route for these cases.
What we will do
- We will remove a reported non-consensual intimate image within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.
- We will make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies elsewhere on the forum.
- We act in good faith on apparent violations; content removed in good faith may be restored if a request turns out to be invalid.
- Sexual content depicting a minor is removed on sight and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required by law.
Your privacy
Reports and any materials you submit are handled under our Privacy Policy and shared only as needed to act on the report or to comply with law.
