Beaded silver buckle frame from the corner of a pasture

What I reckon it is: Beaded silver buckle frame — incomplete, no pin, soil still in the recesses.
Gear used: Mid-range VLF, eleven-inch coil, all metal.
Where & when: Corner of a pasture, six inches down in damp loam.
Appraised value: $45-$150

Solid, mid tone. I opened a plug and the beaded rim showed first. No iron grunt behind it.

The frame is incomplete and the pin is gone. Silver still bright where the soil rubbed. Left the empty cells empty. Reported the same afternoon.

Uncommon, green gem. Complete frames turn up far less often than the halves, and that beading is in fine order.

Three gems from me. I would want a look at the inner edge under better light before I called the period with any confidence.
