**What you provide**  
We are a Mindanao treasure crew looking for a serious financier — not a tourist, not a cold emailer, and not someone who wants coordinates posted on a public board. What we already hold is the hard part that money alone cannot buy overnight: an old Japanese map of this parcel from the occupation years, the son of a wartime forced-labor witness who helped dig a deep pit on this land under Japanese orders, and modern geophysics that agree with that story.

GPR and resistivity both flag a void near 100 feet. That depth means this is not a weekend shovel job. The shaft needs a jackhammer, proper shovels, timber and boards to shore the walls, safety gear, feed for diggers, fuel, and steady monthly ops cash while the hole goes down.

We are not asking the financier to run the dig or to live on site. We run the ground. You fund the iron and the monthly burn so the crew can work without stopping every time a tool breaks or a wage is late.

**Arrangement**  
Illustrative budget (paper the final numbers off-site after diligence):

- Initial outlay: about $2,000 — jackhammer, shovels, shoring boards/timber, basic safety kit, first tool run and consumables.
- Then about $500 per month — digger wages, food, fuel, incidentals, and keeping the shaft open and safe.
- Off the top of any recovery: all documented expedition expenses reimbursed to the financier first.
- After expenses: financier takes a 50% share of the recovered treasure / recovered object (or documented sale proceeds if the crew agrees to sell rather than split metal).
- Local crew retains the remaining 50% for land relationships, labor, survey work already done, and ongoing risk on the ground.
- Sensitive coordinates, names of landowners, and the full survey packs stay private until Reach and a written off-site understanding. Nothing here is a securities offer. PirateHoard holds no funds and is not a party to the deal.
